Neleri işliyoruz
- Hesap ve cihaz: E-posta, ad veya telefon istemiyoruz. Hesabın, cihazına bağlı rastgele bir kimliktir; uygulama cihazında rastgele bir cihaz kimliği üretip saklar. 16 yaş kontrolü için yalnız doğum yılını alıyoruz. Android'de uygulamayı silip yeniden kurduğunda hesabını tanımak için cihazın Android kimliği (ANDROID_ID, alınamazsa App Set ID) kullanılır; reklam kimliği kullanılmaz. Hata ayıklamak için telefon modelini (Android), işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümünü kaydediyoruz; bunlar reklam ya da izleme için kullanılmaz.
- Fotoğraflar: Puanlattığın kombin, dolabına eklediğin kıyafet ve sohbete eklediğin fotoğraflar. Fotoğraflardaki konum bilgisi (EXIF) yüklenmeden silinir.
- Görsel benzerlik özeti: Dolabına eklediğin kıyafet fotoğrafından ve puanlattığın kombindeki üst, alt ve ayakkabı bölgelerinden sayısal bir özet çıkarılır. Benzer parçaları göstermek ve kombindeki parçayı dolabındakiyle eşleştirmek için kullanılır. Bu işlem kendi sunucumuzda yapılır, üçüncü kişiye gönderilmez. Kombin fotoğrafının özeti saklanmaz; dolap parçasınınki parçayla birlikte silinir.
- Senin girdiklerin ve sonuçların: Seçtiğin ortam ve notun, dolap etiketleri, stil testi cevapları, sohbet mesajları; isteğe bağlı olarak boy ve vücut tipi. Yapay zekanın verdiği puanlar, yorumlar ve öneriler geçmişinde saklanır.
- Şikayetler: Bir yapay zeka yorumunu bildirirsen seçtiğin neden, yazdığın not ve bildirilen metin.
- Düello: Düelloya eklediğin kişilerin fotoğrafları ve yazdığın takma adlar 24 saat sonra otomatik silinir. Onların iznini almak senin sorumluluğundadır.
- Yaklaşık konum (varsayılan kapalı): Ayarlardan açarsan sunucumuzda şehir ölçeğine (~11 km) yuvarlanır, yalnız hava durumu için kullanılır, hesabına bağlanmaz ve kaydedilmez. Analizine yalnız hava özeti (sıcaklık, hava durumu) yazılır.
- Güvenlik ve işletim kayıtları: Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresin kısa süreli sayaçlarda ve sunucu kayıtlarında tutulur. Yapay zeka çağrılarının teknik kayıtları (süre, maliyet, model) tutulur; bu kayıtlar fotoğraf ya da mesaj içermez.
- Hesap bağlama (isteğe bağlı): Apple ya da Google hesabını bağlarsan yalnız sağlayıcının verdiği hesap numarası saklanır; e-posta adresin saklanmaz.
Neden ve hangi hukuki sebeple
- Hesabını açmak, kombinini değerlendirmek, dolabını, geçmişini ve sohbeti sunmak: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası.
- Fotoğraflarının ve stil bilgilerinin yapay zeka analizi için yurt dışına aktarılması: ilk fotoğraftan önce uygulamada verdiğin açık rıza. Roast modu ve konum da yalnız sen açarsan kullanılır.
- Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımı önleme, şikayetlerin incelenmesi ve hata ayıklama: meşru menfaat.
Nereye gidiyor
- Google Gemini (yapay zeka): Değerlendirme için fotoğrafların ve ilgili bilgiler Google'ın yurt dışındaki sunucularına gönderilir. Ücretli hizmet kullanıyoruz; veriler yapay zeka eğitiminde kullanılmaz. Google, kötüye kullanımı denetlemek için verileri sınırlı bir süre tutabilir.
- Altyapı (hizmet sağlayıcılar): Sunucu Google Cloud, veritabanları Neon ve Upstash (Frankfurt, AB), fotoğraf deposu Cloudflare R2 (şifreli). Bu hizmetlerin hepsi Türkiye dışındadır ve verileri yalnız bizim adımıza işler.
- Hava durumu: Konumu açtıysan yalnız yuvarlanmış koordinat, sunucumuz üzerinden kimliksiz olarak Open-Meteo'ya (AB) gider.
Fotoğrafların reklam için kullanılmaz, satılmaz, başkalarıyla paylaşılmaz. Bu sürümde analitik, reklam ölçümü ve uygulama içi satın alma yok.
Ne kadar saklıyoruz
- Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Uygulamada Profil → Ayarlar → Hesap ve veriler → Hesabı sil ile hesabın hemen kapanır; tüm verilerin ve fotoğrafların 30 gün sonra kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Analiz fotoğrafları 12 ay sonra silinir; analiz kaydı kimliksiz bir istatistiğe dönüşür.
- Düello fotoğrafları ve kayıtları 24 saat sonra silinir.
- Hesap silindikten sonra yalnız şikayet kayıtları (moderasyon için) ve yapay zeka çağrılarının teknik kayıtları, seninle eşleştirilemeyecek biçimde kalır.
Hakların
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi ve kopya isteme, işleme amacını ve aktarıldığı kişileri öğrenme, düzeltme, silme, otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analizin aleyhine sonucuna itiraz etme ve zararının giderilmesini isteme haklarına sahipsin. Talebini fitvisor06@gmail.com adresine, Ayarlar → Hesap ve veriler ekranındaki hesap kodunla birlikte yaz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Sonuçtan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikayette bulunabilirsin.
Verdiğin izinleri (yapay zeka analizi, roast) Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve izinler ekranından, konumu Ayarlar'dan istediğin an geri çekebilirsin. Yapay zeka izni olmadan analiz özellikleri çalışmaz.
Çocuklar
16 yaşından küçükler uygulamayı kullanamaz; ilk açılışta doğum yılı sorulur.

Who we are

What we process
- Account and device: We don't ask for your email, name or phone. Your account is a random ID tied to your device; the app creates and stores a random device ID. We only ask for your birth year to check that you are 16 or older. On Android, the device's Android ID (ANDROID_ID, or App Set ID if it is unavailable) is used to recognise your account if you reinstall the app; the advertising ID is not used. To fix bugs we record your phone model (Android) and the OS and app version; they're never used for ads or tracking.
- Photos: Outfit photos you rate, clothing photos you add to your closet and photos you add to the chat. Location data (EXIF) is removed before upload.
- Visual similarity summary: A numeric summary is computed from the clothing photos you add to your closet and from the top, bottom and shoe areas of outfits you rate. It is used to show similar pieces and to match an outfit's pieces with your closet. This runs on our own servers and is not sent to third parties. The outfit photo's summary is not stored; a closet piece's summary is deleted with the piece.
- What you enter and your results: The occasion and note you choose, closet tags, style quiz answers, chat messages and, optionally, height and body type. The AI's scores, comments and suggestions are kept in your history.
- Reports: If you report an AI comment, the reason you pick, your note and the reported text.
- Duel: Photos of people you add to a duel and the nicknames you type are deleted automatically after 24 hours. You are responsible for getting their permission.
- Approximate location (off by default): If you turn it on in Settings, our server rounds it to city level (~11 km); it is used only for the weather, never linked to your account and never stored. Only a weather summary (temperature, conditions) is saved with your analysis.
- Security and operations logs: To prevent abuse, your IP address is kept in short-lived counters and server logs. We keep technical logs of AI calls (duration, cost, model); they contain no photos or messages.
- Account linking (optional): If you link Apple or Google, we keep only the account number the provider gives us; your email address is not stored.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Creating your account, rating your outfits, providing your closet, history and chat: performance of our contract with you.
- Sending your photos and style details abroad for AI analysis: the explicit consent you give in the app before your first photo. Roast mode and location are used only if you turn them on.
- Security, abuse prevention, reviewing reports and fixing bugs: legitimate interest.
Where it goes
- Google Gemini (AI): Your photos and related details are sent to Google's servers abroad for the evaluation. We use the paid service; your data is not used to train AI models. Google may keep data for a limited time to monitor abuse.
- Infrastructure (service providers): Server on Google Cloud, databases on Neon and Upstash (Frankfurt, EU), photo storage on Cloudflare R2 (encrypted). All of these are outside Turkey and process data only on our behalf.
- Weather: If location is on, only the rounded coordinates go to Open-Meteo (EU) through our server, without any identifier.
Your photos are never used for advertising, sold or shared with others. This version has no analytics, no ad measurement and no in-app purchases.
How long we keep it
- Your data is kept while your account exists. Profile → Settings → Account and data → Delete account closes your account immediately; all your data and photos are permanently deleted after 30 days.
- Analysis photos are deleted after 12 months; the analysis record becomes an anonymous statistic.
- Duel photos and records are deleted after 24 hours.
- After your account is deleted, only report records (for moderation) and technical AI call logs remain, in a form that cannot be linked to you.
Your rights
You can ask whether we process your data, request information or a copy, learn the purpose and the recipients, have it corrected or deleted, object to a result of automated analysis that goes against you and claim compensation for damage. Write to fitvisor06@gmail.com with the account code shown under Settings → Account and data; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
You can withdraw your consents (AI analysis, roast) in Settings > Privacy and permissions, and turn off location in Settings, at any time. Without AI consent, the analysis features don't work.
Children
People under 16 may not use the app; the app asks for your birth year on first launch.
